Lip sync battles are perfect for those who would rather not embarrass themselves with any real singing, while also putting themselves in the shoes of their musical heroes. You can embody the biggest divas for an afternoon on your hen weekend and there is no need about how to make your performance stand out. A professional choreographer will take your song selections, split you into two groups and turn it into an awesome performance. The final battle will be for bragging rights and probably who will be buying the first round of cocktails!
Who remembers Tom Holland vs Zendaya, the Singin in the Rain and Umbrella performance, wow! That is still etched into our memories and is exactly why this activity has become a hen do must! This is a 90 minute activity that can work for all age groups, it's great to get everyone loosened up and having fun, while it's also at a private venue, so you don't have to worry about onlookers.
You'll be split into two teams, the instructor will teach you the choreography and you'll have time to rehearse before your team performs against each other. This is like a dance class with a twist.
The song (or songs) will need to be chosen in advance, so the instructor will know which dance moves to teach, whether that's Beyonce's Single Ladies, Spice Girls Wannabe, Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, Aretha Franklin's Resspect, Shakira's Hips Don't Lie and many more. There are songs by Journey, Backstreet Boys and even The Weather Girls.
You will also have inflatable microphones as props, because why not? Of course, that means you don't actually need to sing, just lip sync, unless your mouth takes over and you can't hold back. The bride will also get a free bottle of wine.
