Bournemouth Quad Biking Hen Do's

When a venue can offer multiple activities, you tend to pay less per activity and don't have to worry about travelling between them, hence why this is an easy win for your hen weekend, combining quad biking with assault rifle shooting in one spot.

Each of the quad bikes is automatic, ideal for those who can't drive or drive an automatic, as they don't have to worry about changing gears. You will have a practice track where the quad instructor will show you how to drive the quads safely, before heading off on a purpose built off-road course for the real experience. This activity is perfectly suitable for beginners or those who have never driven a quad bike at all, you get visitors of all ages attend and give this a go.

Once you're done with the quads, it's off to have a go at firing the assault rifle, with 40 shots in total between everyone. You will either use the MP5 or H&K 416, both are 0.22 calibre rifles, but don't worry if you don't know which to pick, your guide will be on-hand to show you the differences and help you through the whole process. One person will have a go at a time shooting against the target, however if you do have a very large group then this can be split across multiple lanes.

It should be noted that this outdoor activity isn't centrally based, it's in Dorchester, around 40 minutes from Bournemouth, via the A31/A35, so you need to keep this in mind in regards to activities afterwards and how you plan on getting to and from the activity, whether by Uber, taxi or minibus.

Quad biking is a truly unique experience for your hen do, not everyone can say they ticked off a life experience for their big weekend, while it also works perfectly for those that have never tried it before, as all experience levels are welcome and you don't require a driving license.

You will receive a safety briefing on arrival, before getting to try a training route and then the real deal. Depending on how the weather has been, if it has been dry then you can expect it to be a bit dusty, while if it has been wet then expect some mud to fly up. Make sure to wear comfortable trainers that you don't mind getting dirty.

If you would rather a longer session, speak to our team, as longer events can be booked in, so you spend more time on the quads and proportionately the cost per minute decreases as you book for longer.

You should be aware that this isn't a central location, it's based in Dorchester, so you'll have to arrange transport to and from the activity. Bookings are predominantly made for Saturdays, however if you'd like to book during the week, speak to our team and we'll make sure this is possible, however minimum group sizes will then be required.
