A rep will contact you on the day of arrival and provide you with a bottle of Cava and go through the itinerary for the weekend. You will receive a welcome pack containing resort information. These have the address of where you are staying on them so you can just hand them to a taxi driver. There is also a 24 hour contact number on them, should you need it.
