Off Road Buggies and Assault Rifle
If you think this activity is like a casual drive to grab your weekly essentials from the supermarket, think again! This is a wild, muddy adventure over rough terrain that’ll have you gripping the wheel and laughing all the way. Perfect for hens who love speed and excitement, it’s fast-paced, thrilling, a bit different, and seriously good fun!
This is the wild outdoor, muddy version of go-karting, which our team actually prefers if we're honest. You'll get a good 10 minutes driving per person, ensuring everyone gets an equal amount of time in the group. There are four purpose built circuits which you will be racing on to find out the fastest in the hen group. You'll have a chance at a practice drive, before the timed competition to see who is the speediest. There is even a leaderboard with the 'driver of the day' being shown, so it's your job to crack the list and take top spot.
Depending on the group size and track conditions, you'll either be racing on the rage buggy or rebel buggy, both packing one serious engine! Either way, it should be highlighted that there is no overtaking permitted, as the buggest are pretty large and very different to traditional go karts.
Some like to know all the hard details about the buggies, like that they have a four stroke engine and rear wheel drive, while being fully automatic, but the main bit you need to know is they go from 0-30mph in 6 seconds and can reach a maximum speed of 40mph, not that you'll probably get near that number of these tracks, with some tight bends and off-road terrain. You don't need a driving license to compete in this, but you do need to be a minimum of 17 years old.
Then comes the assault rifle shooting, where you'll get 40 shots for the whole group, firing .22 rounds. These are real guns with real bullets, so you will have a safety briefing and be walked through how to use the gun effectively and safely.
