FAQs

What if one of the group is scared of heights?

For severe acrophobia we don’t recommend this activity. However, for those wishing to challenge their fear of heights, this could be the perfect way to try and overcome them. 

Is it safe? 

You will be given a safety briefing prior to starting this activity and receive helmets for head protection. Safety nets and harnesses will also be provided, so you’ll be linked to the equipment at all times. In the unlikely event of a fall you will be completely protected at all times. 

How long does this activity last for? 

Depending on the course, 1-2 hours of fun can be had. 

What should we wear? 

Comfortable clothing is essential, so that could be gym gear, or cycling shorts and t-shirt. You’ll need a full range of movement and comfortable shoes that won’t allow you to slip. Trainers are ideal. 

Is drinking alcohol allowed? 

It goes without saying that for safety reasons you cannot be inebriated before taking part or drink alcohol during. Save the cocktails for a celebratory drink afterwards ladies!
