Getting around
There are no trains or metro here, but thanks to a well-connected bus service, getting around the island is a breeze. The buses offer the best value for money and travelling in them is also a good way of meeting other holiday goers. Join the famous 'Disco Bus', that connects all of the major clubs and park resorts throughout the summer.
If you don't want to take the bus, UBER is available 24/7 on the island which is hassle free and safer as you won't need to flag down taxis in the street and can request rides on demand, taking the stress out of getting from A to B.
Car hire is available, although parking and staying sober can be a problem! Perhaps hiring a car for the day to explore the island would be an option for those wanting to explore.

- Ibiza is an expensive place to stay, if you are on a tight budget, this might not be the detination for you and your hen party

Ibiza is a destination synonymous with hedonism. The island plays host to the world’s finest parties with top-class DJs and promoters, hosted in club settings that are second to none. In Ibiza, the venues are as famous as the DJs, with Cafe Mambo being the go-to daytime spot where every sunset incites a round of applause, welcoming in another night of non-stop partying. Then there's Amnesia, Pacha, Eden, Privilege, Ibiza Rocks and DC10... the list goes on, with most nightclubs closing their doors at 7am - this is the perfect destination for dancefloor divas.
There are two main resorts in Ibiza, San Antonio and Playa d'en Bossa, both of these areas are perfect for bar hopping as eveything is located in close proximity. The infamous San Antonio strip is Ibiza's main tourist area and is a collection of streets in the west of the island, bursting with bars and kebab shops.
Playa d'en Bossa is the most popular resort, home to clubs such as Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza, it also boasts the longest beach on the island dotted with the coolest beach bars
If it's a more authentic Spanish experience you crave, then head to Ibiza Old Town, it is slightly more expensive here, but you will find traditional tapas bars and restauarants, picturesque views and historic buildings.

There is Pride event that takes place in mid-June every year, attracting visitors from all over the world wanting to enjoy its sense of fun and freedom. The LQBTQIA celebration last for an entire week and showcases a diverse programme of events such as drag shows, theatre and fun at Calle de la Virgen, AKA Gay Street, with lots of special events taking place in gay clubs such as Lola's.
