What to expect
Our expert mixologist will show you how to make the most delicious, perfectly mixed cocktails from scratch. Every step is covered and they will teach you tricks of the trade including: free pouring, shaking and stirring. Then it’s your turn! Under expert guidance, you will each make your own creations that can obviously be savoured afterwards.

The best thing of all is you will be able to impress your family and friends when you return home and host regular cocktail nights in your own kitchens. All of the bars we partner with are high-end, with only the finest ingredients being used, plus you’ll all be right in the heart of the action once the session is over to try cocktails in other hot spots. What Else Is Included?
This depends on each venue, we will try to detail what you get in the description, as many will include some form of food, whether it be a sharing platter or some nibbles to keep you all going. You may also get a welcome drink, again this depends on each venue and their package offering, but a welcome glass of bubbly normally goes down a treat to get everyone into the mood. It's quite possible the event will also end with a shot for everyone, we're not talking something too strong, normally like an apple sours, but a naughty little treat to end the activity. Can We Pick The Cocktails?
Normally, not really, but you can direct them if they have a select few they tend to create. They may have a choice of 6-7 options and if you let them know preferences, they can work out if this is possible, but you can't start listing incredibly complicated or alternative ones where they will have to bring in a special bottle which they don't have in stock. The main one we've found is hard to get sign off on seems to be the pina colada for some reason. Also, every bar will have slight twists on their cocktails, so they might be eager to push a certain drink.
Our team have tried our fair share of cocktail making classes, for research purposes of course, while we can say the most common drinks you tend to find are martini, margarita, cosmopolitan, mojito, daiquiri and sometimes a negroni, but it really does depend. Some have a certain theme, especially if the restaurant/bar has a certain origin, e.g. a Mexican bar might opt for more tequila based cocktails, whereas an Italian bar might bring in more Aperol or Amaro digestif.
Are The Bartenders Experienced?
Yes, this activity is only run by the experienced mixologists who have worked in the industry making cocktails for a decent length of time, so that they feel comfortable running an activity for a big group for an extended period of time.
What Equipment Will I Need To Make The Cocktails?
All equipment will be provided by the venues, including the likes of shakers, pitchers, glasses, a jigger and a measuring tool, strainer etc. You just need to turn up and have fun! The team will also wash it all up after the event as you head off. The team may also have other equipment depending on what is included, such as a chopping board and a knife in case you need something like limes, but they will handle cutting these up and will simply provide you with the fruit to place on where needed.
